I spoke to Laura Lewis Marchino, Executive Director of the Region 9 Economic Development District for a regional view. Region 9 encompasses Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma, and San Juan Counties as well as the Southern Ute and Ute Mountain Ute Tribes.
I also talked to Maggie Goodell with the Mancos Chamber of Commerce about ways for businesses to pivot to tactics like e-commerce in a time when foot traffic is down.
