Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser is in the first year of his four-year term. He’s the first Democrat to head the office since 2005, and it’s the first time since the early 1980s that Colorado’s governor and attorney general are both Democrats.
I had a chance to talk to Weiser recently about the Mueller Report, the state’s defense of the Affordable Care Act, and the lessons he learned while clerking for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Weiser was recently in Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley to participate in a panel discussion called The Mueller Report and Impeachment Perspectives with former Acting U.S. solicitor general Neil Katyal.
