The Mancos Common Press is a working educational letterpress studio in southwest Colorado. It’s also a printing museum, operating out of the old newspaper building. Hundreds of printing blocks and type are found among the displays, some dating back more than 140 years. The museum’s centerpiece is a restored Cranston drum-type newspaper press built in the late 1800s.
